Who we are
Cam Werschkul - CEO and Founder
Cam has spent nearly a decade in the beverage industry serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. What sets Cam apart is his ability to operate in all departments. He has nearly two decades of sales experience with some of the largest companies in the world including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Zimmer Biomet. He then ties it to a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon. Having the ability to see a company wholistically and put the puzzle together is what sets him apart.
His goal is, and always will be, to aid owners and company leadership in achieving their goals. Whether it be during the quiet times, during the build-up or when the wave finally arrives.
In 2023 he was acknowledged by the Portland Business Journal as an Executive of the Year for the state of Oregon in the CFO category.
Based in Portland, Oregon he is the proud father of three daughters and if he’s not out coaching or driving them around, he is most likely looking at a spreadsheet.
Adam Smith - Managing Director and Founder
Adam is a proven executive leader having held positions at some of the world’s largest companies including Microsoft, Disney and ESPN. He found his passion and saw the opportunity outside the corporate world and successfully founded, built, and sold a company in the consumer goods space.
His background in marketing and operations is what sets him apart. His passion is working with companies and having his own internal light bulb go off. Subsequently, nothing excites him more than watching the light bulb go off for others once a plan is developed and executed.
Based on Oahu, he is the proud father of two daughters and if he’s not running around with them he is most likely with a surfboard under his arm, looking for that next wave.
